An important option, but i want that everybody thinks about one thing: In some countries you need to keep the record, when you are using the site commercially. Therefore every pruning would be some kind of illigal. That was the reason why there is no pruning feature so far.
One thing that can be pruned are no-winning bids. _________________ Want to say thank you. Use my Amazon Wishlist

I myself like to keep all old posts, auctions, etc. Google doesn't care if they're old! |

But for a User (auction_myauctions.php), must be a option to remove ist from the list. |

how about creating an archive (keeping in database) but not displaying?
ideal would be if someone could click on "view archive" and see the old auctions.... after a set number of days the auction would automatcally move to the archive forlder...
but grrrr... i dont have time to code it |

eBay only keeps them on file for 90 days, I vote yes, if your auction gets busy. that's a lot of old files to keep unnecessarily. |

Or it should be an option in "My Auctions", that show only the last activity’s from the last 7/14/30/60 Days. With a drop down Menü. |

This is a simple fix... for someone....
I suggest that we follow the same proceedure as with the 'delete from watchlist' function. It seems that what we would have to do is add a new table like 'AUCTION_MY_AUCTIONS_ACCOUNT' Then when a user posts a new auction it should add itself to the current auction table and to the new auction table outlined above. Now, when someone clicks on 'delete auction' in the 'my auctions' account it should only delete the auction from the 'AUCTION_MY_AUCTIONS_ACCOUNT' Table and not from the normal auction table. So now the admin can keep or not keep the records as long as he wishes and the user can clean up his finished auction listings as well as his finished purchases and sold items. TADAH!
