Now when I starting auction for example 31.05.2009 and planning to end for eample 02.06.2009 it starting 01.06.2009 at 12 a.m. and ending 03.06.2009 at 12 a.m.
I want to change starting end ending time to for example 3 p.m.
which file do i have to edit to change time to 3 p.m.?
please help

do you mean, all offers will be closed at 3.00 or can the user choose the timing ?
if you want to change it to 3.00 for all users you will have to change the timestamp inserted in the database in the auction_offer.php, look for $auction_offer_time_stop

as highlighted above, you will need to hand over (besides the date) also the timestamp in auction_offer.php
